ActionOutline is a wonderful information manager that enables you to store your information in a tree-like structure for easy access and quick viewing. With this program you will be able to create notes, to-do lists, projects, personal contacts, documents outlines.
The new tabbed user interface is really intuitive and simple, allowing you to handle multiple documents in different tabs and transfer outline items of one outline into any number of outlines in other tabs. This version also offers an ability to execute tasks using user-defined keyboard shortcuts, and also network support. All your information can be browsed, printed and also exported as an RTF or HTML file. You can also customize the fonts, keyboard settings, saving settings, startup and shell options, program language, among many other things. Every time you add a task, you set the program to automatically put date and time, insert link, add siblings, or sub-items. You can also set different colors for the different tasks to identify them more easily and also mark them as done when you already finish them. The price is a little high, but the program may worth it.
